My journey with design has lasted more than 25 years, so far! I have developed brands for global enterprises, built complex web applications, launched world-first product experiences, ran an early stage start-up and most importantly…learnt how to fail faster.

Along the way I have gained a wealth of experience in using design to solve problems. If we don’t have a problem to solve, you can be sure everything that follows will be a struggle, and ultimately, doomed to failure. Define the problem, build the evidence and iterate on a solution, this should be at the centre of any practice.

I love collaborating with diverse teams, having worked with engineers, product managers, psychologists, data scientists and many other stakeholders. A strong team ethos and providing the environment to nurture ideas and develop creativity is the right formula for a more successful outcome.
